Top Representative with combined sales in c4 – c7. Highest sales wins!

So, just like the c18 – c1 incentive I did over Christmas to win £90+ worth of products (shout out to Lisa Atkins who achieved this!), I will be doing the same thing but this time with 4 campaigns worth of sales instead of 2.

So, your mission would be to sell as much as possible.

Incentive 2

Top Representative growth from c4 – c7. The bigger your growth, the higher chance you are of winning.

This one sounds a little more complex but I promise it’s not. In fact here’s an example of what I mean:

Let’s say Rep 1 placed an order of £100 in c4, and then in c7 they placed an order for £1,000.

Then you have Rep 2 who placed an order of £400 in c4, then £800 in c7.

Rep 1 would win this incentive because they grew their sales by £900 whereas Rep 2 grew theirs by £400.

Rep 2 is more likely to aim for incentive 1, as their sales are already very high :-)

Incentive 3

New TSL’s (Trainee Sales Leaders) who qualify as coordinator in c4 – c7.

I am opening up positions for new Sales Leaders between c4 and c7 and my aim would always be to help you build your business into whatever you want from it. It is statistically proven that TSLs that qualify within 3 campaigns are much more likely to stay with us, and that is down to earning a fabulous spot on our Fast Track Bonus plan & qualify to earn commission.
